Born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia I first came into photography hijacking my Dad’s old Ricoh film camera and taking it to the streets of Melbourne where I would shoot my first roll of film and where I now call home part time. That first roll, although shot by a total novice, still holds some of my favourite shots. Not because they were a stroke of genius (they most certainly weren’t), but because it was where I fell in love with the frame and came to understand the power of a well shot photo.

Hungry to know more, I studied at the Centre for Creative Photography in Adelaide where I developed a deeper understanding and love for photojournalism both in style and form. The decisions I make behind the lens are guided by my desire to tell the whole story and capture not just a document of the day but a sense of what it was like to be there.

I’m interested in telling stories and I want your story to be as vivid as the day you were there so you, your friends and your family can relive it for years to come.

I am at home anywhere so if you need me to travel I’m all for it and love getting to shoot in places I’ve never been.

I can’t wait to hear what you have planned.
